2. Bookings and Payments
Booking process: Bookings made through our website or official channels must contain truthful and accurate information (name of the primary passenger, flight number, date, arrival/departure time, and contact number).
Confirmation: A booking shall be considered formal and confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team containing the service details.
Rates and currency: All prices published on the website are generally displayed in US Dollars (USD) or their equivalent, unless otherwise indicated, and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Payment methods: We accept the payment methods specified during the online checkout process or as arranged beforehand with our customer service team.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our policies are governed by the following criteria:
Cancellations by the client:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or instances of a “no-show,” will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by the company: We reserve the right to cancel a service due to *force majeure* (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions). In such cases, a full refund or the option to reschedule the service will be offered.
4. Transfer Policies and Punctuality
Flights and arrivals: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate flight details. Our team monitors flight status to adjust pickup times in the event of minor delays; however, significant changes to an itinerary must be communicated immediately.
Waiting times: For airport transfers, we include a reasonable complimentary waiting period (generally up to 60 minutes after landing). If this time elapses without prior communication from the client, the service may be treated as a “no-show.”
Luggage: Each passenger is entitled to a standard allowance of luggage (carry-on and checked baggage). If you are traveling with oversized luggage or special equipment (surfboards, musical instruments, golf gear, etc.), you must notify us at the time of booking.
5. Liability and Limitations
Edward Tours and Transfers acts as a provider of ground transportation and sightseeing excursion services. We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as severe traffic, accidents on public roads not involving our vehicles, strikes, or *force majeure* events). Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and carry-on luggage at all times. We do not assume liability for items left behind in our vehicles, although we will make every effort to recover and return them should they be found.
6. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to deny service or terminate a trip immediately—without the possibility of a refund—if a passenger exhibits aggressive behavior, appears to be under the influence of illicit substances or excessive alcohol, or compromises the safety of the driver or other passengers. Smoking or the consumption of unauthorized alcoholic beverages inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included on this website (text, logos, graphics, images, web design, and source code) is the exclusive property of Edward Tours and Transfers—or is used under appropriate licenses—and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
